Event Partners
About Layer 3 Services:
Layer 3 Services Pty Ltd was established in 2010 to conceive, develop, produce and market specialist equipment for ‘front line’ personnel – uniformed services and the managers, staff and consultants who deal with the day-to-day safety and security issues. Directors have significant experience in Law Enforcement, Defence, National Security, Protective Security and in the provision of specialist security-related equipment to the public and private sectors.
The ExploSim System:
Layer 3 Services will be showcasing the ExploSim system. Critical infrastructure remains a target for violence including the use of explosives. ExploSim shows, in the real environment, the effects of an explosion without causing those effects using radio frequency energy to emulate the blast and fragmentation effects. This is useful in determining and validating physical security measures, emergency procedures, response capabilities and verification of existing and proposed risk management treatments. https://layer3services.net.au/explosim/
