Exclusive Brands
Davcor’s exclusive brand portfolio combines leading global manufacturers with innovative in house technologies across the security and hardware sectors. From advanced key systems and electronic access control to commercial door hardware and safe locks, these brands are recognised for their quality, reliability and performance, enabling Davcor to deliver complete security solutions across commercial, residential and specialised industries.
Company Services
Over the past 15 years, Davcor has undergone a significant evolution, shifting its focus from primarily distribution to leading the development and manufacturing of innovative products that not only cater to our existing customer base but also address emerging markets. During this transformative period, we have launched an extensive array of security locking solutions under the Carbine brand. Many of these products boast patent protection, showcasing our commitment to pioneering unique security solutions. Additionally, we have crafted numerous custom products tailored specifically to meet the diverse needs of clients across various sectors.
Our portfolio extends beyond our proprietary products, encompassing exclusive distribution rights for a selection of renowned global brands. In Australia and New Zealand, we represent Keyline and their advanced key machines and key blanks, dormakaba and Kaba AG safe locks, EVVA restricted master key systems, and the cutting-edge EKA CyberLock electronic and electromechanical access control systems.
In a strategic move to further bolster our research and development capabilities and expand our local manufacturing ability, we recently added an additional manufacturing facility to our portfolio. This specialised venue is solely dedicated to R&D, engineering, product development and testing, and focused short-run manufacturing. This addition complements our advanced robotics warehouse and reaffirms our enduring commitment to innovation and excellence.
Leveraging our strong foundation and continuous investment in technology and innovation, Davcor is dedicated to upholding its status as an industry pioneer. We are committed to enhancing the trust and reputation we’ve diligently cultivated over the decades.
Automatic Warehouse System
In a bid to enhance efficiency and automation, we installed a superior state-of-the-art, fully automatic robotic warehouse solution — the AutoStore System. Serving as the heart of our distribution hub it allows us to accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders.
Currently, the robotic system consists of 20,000 bins or tubs of stock, 22 robots and 12 carousel ports. Each robot efficiently stages products ready for picking by seamlessly integrating with Davcor’s own CRM and ERP software, thanks to the efforts of our dedicated team of Australian-based software developers, typically allowing for same-day dispatch on most orders. The robust system has significantly increased productivity and generated cost savings across various aspects of the business, freeing up more time to focus on better servicing our clients and meeting their needs.

DaveWeb
DaveWeb is Davcor’s proprietary online ordering portal, developed as part of our in house CRM platform to provide customers with a centralised hub for managing orders, accounts and key business tools.
Designed to streamline procurement and improve efficiency, DaveWeb allows customers to easily browse products, place orders, track order history and access Davcor’s proprietary tools such as RiteFit Rails FreeForm and MetalWorks, all in one convenient location. By integrating directly with Davcor’s internal systems, the platform provides accurate stock visibility, faster order processing and a seamless purchasing experience for our customers.
Custom Keying Services
As part of our comprehensive range of services, Davcor offers a bespoke keying service for keyed alike products, master keying and stamping, all conducted in-house using our cutting-edge Keyline Key machines and dot peening machine.
However, this service is limited to systems within our own domain such as Carbine leversets and barrels, Sigma X and EVVA hardware. Our aim is not to detract from the work of our partners and valued customers, but rather to alleviate their workload, knowing that keying products can be a time-consuming task.

Product Development
Davcor has an experienced team of 11 innovative and dedicated engineers and developers across Australia, continuously striving to enhance existing products and, more importantly, pioneer new cutting-edge solutions. Supported by our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, we’re able to prototype and extensively test products, significantly aiding the developmental process. Our testing procedures, tailored to each product application, typically encompass salt spray testing, CMM testing, pull testing, hardness testing, cycle testing using custom jigs, and material identification tests using X-ray fluorescence.
Product Customisation
Davcor’s advanced prototyping machinery, including several CNC lathes and mills, provide the ability for small-scale customisation. This capability allows our team of engineers to tailor bespoke products on a case-by-case basis, precisely meeting our clients’ needs for specific purposes or applications. Often, this customisation service also extends to solving unique locking problems or complications, whereby our engineers create bespoke solutions. This ability not only sets us apart but highlights our unwavering commitment to our clients.

Custom Plates
As part of our custom offerings, Davcor specialises in manufacturing custom plates, including kick plates, retrofit plates, door saver plates and more. Using our highly capable combination CNC laser and turret punch machine, we can craft rectangular plates from mild steel and stainless steel with thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm, aluminium from 1mm to 4mm, as well as copper and brass up to 3mm thick. We also accommodate varying countersink sizes and V-cut requirements. Additionally, our 40-ton CNC press brake is capable of bending materials up to 1m in length, guaranteeing precise shaping and finishing touches to meet the most demanding specifications.
Laser Welding
Davcor uses the FLW1500MT laser welding system which sets a new standard in high-speed welding technology. With a maximum plate thickness of 4mm, this innovative system features a unique left-to-right movement of the laser beam, enabling wider beads for enhanced adaptability and precision. Its stable wire welding capability ensures reliability across various industrial applications, making it a cornerstone of efficiency in Davcor’s manufacturing processes.

Short Run Manufacturing
Our top-of-the-line machinery grants Davcor the flexibility and capability to undertake small-scale projects or short-run manufacturing of select products without imposing stringent minimum order quantities (MOQs). This, combined with our capacity to prototype and test products, is not only advantageous for us as manufacturers but also represents an exclusive service we can offer to our clients.
Training and Support
As a distributor, Davcor depends on its national network of dealers to supply, fit and offer first-level support to the end user clients. To guarantee the highest level of support, Davcor makes substantial investments in dealer training across all entities and brands.

Integration
Davcor has a team of dedicated software engineers who develop our proprietary software, including CRM and ERP systems, as well as integration with other systems like our state-of-the-art robotic warehouse system. A benefit to this is that Davcor can offer in house integration of the software it offers. These developments extend to integrating EKA CyberLock’s CyberAudit Web management software and developing user apps like the SmartLock Digital Assistant, which supports SmartLock Digital’s Axessor CIT safe locks range
Organisational Achievements
Over the past decade, Davcor has secured more than 50 product patents, many of which contribute to our innovative product offerings developed for our customer base. These patents span across various categories, including master key systems, cupboard locks, padlocks and high-security locking devices.
